Established in Ballarat in 1983, Jeremy Harper and Associates have been delivering high quality representation in the Ballarat area for over 20 years. The firm  has a strong commitment to social justice and compassionate, effective representation. Legal Aid work is a significant part of the practice, and staff members have been involved with the Community Legal Service for many years.                                                    

Solicitors Jeremy Harper and Wilma Oomen have nearly 50 years experience between them in the law. Jeremy is an Accredited Family Law Specialist and Mediator. The firm practices in the areas of Family Law, Criminal Law, Conveyancing Wills and Probate.

Other staff include Marg Davies, Jeremy’s secretary for over 20 years; Lisa Donnelly, Wilma’s personal assistant; Cheryl McKee, an experienced conveyancing, probate and accounts clerk; receptionist Rhiannon Prowse; and Mark Karlovic, currently working as a law clerk with the firm.

Jeremy Harper and Associates operates out of an historic three storey terrace built in the 1870’s in Camp Street in the heart of Ballarat, near the Trades Hall, Art Gallery  and the University of Ballarat Camp Street Campus,  and close to the court and police complex.
